Cut the cabbage into small stripes and put in a salad bowl
Cut all the cherry tomatoes into 4 parts
Cut the carrot into small stipes
Cut the onion in very small pieces
Add all the cut vegetables into the bowl
Crush the garlic and add it into a small bowl with the olive oil, the lemon juice and the salt. Mix everything and add to the salad.
Cut the fresh mint into small pieces and add to the salad
Enjoy!
You can serve it right away or put it in the fridge for a few hrs and serve it later.
